Experience ‘dropping in’ to your body: that means, find your meditative state of being. This meditative state signifies peace & stillness, wherever you are.
Taking a bubble bath or attending a yoga class are both powerful forms of self-care, but ask yourself whether they are immediately accessible to you in the moment. The answer is likely ‘not always’. So, for those moments when you’ve been handed a stressful task, or when you feel slighted, or when you’ve just clocked into work and then receive an email full of terrible news, you have the privilege of tapping into peace.
Your (inner) peace is immediately accessible in the moment.
Because this (inner) peace is not sold in stores or advertised on social media, we tend to forget that it is with us all of the time.
Do not underestimate the power of stillness, and finding a quiet corner. More often than not, we can choose to believe that it a quiet corner is more than enough.
